Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your new sunglasses! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns
    •    You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
    •    To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
    •    Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Refunds
    •    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
    •    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
    •    Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.


Damaged or Defective Items
If your sunglasses arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at EEPBRAND@GMAIL.COM with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
